What your package will include:
- Initial meeting so you can make your wishes for the day of your wedding known.
- Consultation on your budget and timeline.
- We will schedule and virtually attend all venue meetings, if you have not found your venue yet.
- We will schedule and virtually attend all vendor meetings.
- Coordinate and communicate with vendors on your behalf whenever possible.
- Follow-up meeting 4-6 months before wedding to finalize vendor contracts.
- Final preparations meeting 1-2 weeks before wedding.
- Assist in finding and coordinating rehearsal dinner or brunch venue ($250 additional fee).
- Construct a wedding day timeline.
- Write detailed setup instructions for wedding day staff.
- Unlimited wedding support.
- Full-time access to Wishful Weddings’ staff, day or night.
